What can a business do with Citequay?

Start with a free public website audit. Read the supporting evidence, download the report and action plan, and create a workspace to save your work. Paid plans add live AI citation research and business reviews with specified allowances. The goal is to make a finding understandable enough to act on and specific enough to check again.

Implementation guides cover tasks you can take to Shopify, WordPress, Wix or your web team. They prepare work without publishing it. The Shopify product SEO connector is in development testing and awaiting Shopify review; it is not generally available. Supported test edits require an explicit preview and approval, with verification and an undo record during the connection session.

What do we mean by “evidence first”?

Reports distinguish observations from interpretations. An HTML title, an inaccessible sitemap or a returned source URL is evidence you can inspect. An AI-written recommendation is an interpretation to review. A claimed increase in customers would require separate business data and an appropriate comparison.

We do not promise top search rankings, AI recommendations, customer acquisition or revenue. Examples are labelled as fictional. Readiness scores are technical heuristics, and citation studies are limited API samples. Read our methodology before using a report to make a business decision.

Getting help

Email support@citequay.com from your account address for product support, billing questions or help interpreting a finding. Include the public page address and a short description of the problem. Never send passwords, payment-card details or API secrets.
